Very amiable staff, handy and ideal location very close to activities in Phuket and the surrounding islands. Also, in between two bus stops.

The beds were extremely comfy and the room itself was fantastic. Separate bathrooms, that included a bathtub. The location was magnificent about to leave for the airport and the staff here was nice and kind.
The room seemed a little bit small.

There was hotel renovation in progress. It was impossible to sleep in the morning because of the noise.

Staff were very nice
Had a lot of construction all over the building, and I was woken up around 9am to the sound of hammering in the room above me.

Location and other than that, nothing that I like
This hotel definitely over priced. Staff is not very helpful when I requested for the free shuttle to beach, I knew it is running at hourly basis and I went to request for the shuttle at 11.55 pm (their hotel clock) and she told me the shuttle has departed but I found out the shuttle was just in front of the hotel. I questioned and her replied the bus just came back then.so the free shuttle is not really a bonus add on while the room is too small until you hardly can move around, not as nice as it shown in the picture. Definitely not recommend this hotel, the connection to the wifi keep dropping as well. You can hear whatever sound from outside

This place was pretty clean 🧹 and the staff were super nice and friendly. It was a good spot to just chill and relax here.

Only good thing is the private car park. Other than that it was not worth the stay.
For that kind of price, it was not worth it at all. The room is very small. Bathroom and toilet also very small. No lift, have to walk up at least two floors with bags. Breakfast is just continental.

The room here was really cool and up-to-date - had WiFi and a spot to keep my stuff. the bed was super comfy and I even had my own bathroom. the spot was awesome too, just a short 5-minute walk from the downtown area 🌟.

The rooms are good sized and absolutely fantastic with videos as well as music. the location is unbeatable. the staff is excellent and very amiable. the best part is that it's so close to Kata beach, Phuket and the surrounding islands.
